Triangle Market Runners Forum
Markets Connect Artists and Customers
The Triangle Market Runners Forum connects the people who make the markets happen.
Whether your market is a small monthly event with a dozen artists, or a large annual event that draws tens of thousands, you need to connect with your peers for ideas, support and networking.
With initial support from the City of Raleigh Impact Partner Grant program and the Office of Economic Development, the Forum is open to all regional art and craft market runners.
Connecting
The Triangle Market Runners Forum conducts occasional meetings and learning events connecting the facilitators of art and craft markets. This group is open to any market runners who currently manage or produce any market that includes or highlights the work of artists and craftspeople. Information of note is shared via an email group. Email us to learn how you can join the group.
Sharing
Market managers come together to discuss the current state of their market and interface with municipal and arts organization personnel to discuss marketing, applications, safety and other concerns.
Supporting
Coming together allows for more and better markets and events with higher visibility. Sharing best practices ensures our artist markets thrive. Resources to support artists who sell at markets can be found on our Resources pages. If you are looking for a list of markets currently accepting applications, visit our JOB BOARD.
