BIPOC Artist Residency- Eno Arts Mill
One year of free, private, studio space in Studio D, a 250 square foot studio located in the Front Studios of the Eno Arts Mill. Artist applicants must be BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color) living within a 30-mile radius of Hillsborough, NC. Nov. 20
Summer Dance Intensive- American Dance Festival
Each year, dance students and artists from around the world converge on the campus of Duke University in Durham, NC, to discover endless possibilities at the American Dance Festival. Under the leadership of Director of Education Nile H. Russell, the ADF School hosts its core summer programs: Summer Dance Intensive (SDI), the Pre-Professional Dance Intensive (PDI), and the Dance Professional Workshops (DPW); and winter program: New York City Winter Intensive.
Artist in Residency- McColl Center
McColl Center's Artist-in-Residence Program is an internationally acclaimed program that serves as a catalyst for artistic growth for emerging and mid-career artists. Jan. 3
Chamber Ensemble Residency- MGS Chamber Ensemble
The resident ensemble will have the opportunity to work with a mentor ensemble at the beginning of the residency, with a specific focus on programming and designing educational presentations. The ensemble will then perform as part of MGS programming with all marketing and concert operations provided. Nov. 4
Artist in Residence- Raleigh Arts
The City of Raleigh Department of Transportation is offering a one-year opportunity for an artist-in-residence to work with their Sign Shop. The selected artist will be responsible for designing creative wayfinding signs throughout downtown Raleigh, helping visitors navigate between sites, and creating family-friendly itineraries and routes. Artist in Residence- Dix Park Conservatory
Nestled in the newly renovated Physician’s House at Dix Park, this one-year residency invites artists passionate about environmental art and land stewardship to create inspiring, sustainable works that engage and enrich the local community. Sept. 27

Internships- NC Museum of Art
The NCMA offers an on-site internship program with the possibility of occasional remote work. We are excited to give you the opportunity to have an NCMA staff mentor, docent support, and a cohort of intern peers from colleges in North Carolina and beyond.
