Be Part of Real Recovery for The Triangle Arts Community

THE ARTS SECTOR NEED US NOW MORE THAN EVER

At the beginning of 2020, we were all prepping for a new year of opportunities. We looked forward to new projects and new ways to help grow the arts sector in the Triangle. Suddenly, over a few frenzied days, the trajectory of this year changed. Galleries closed. Concerts delayed. Markets canceled. Tours went on hiatus. And this business community of artists and arts organizations was devastated.

While other organizations were working on emergency relief funds and other ideas, we turned to what we were built to do - getting those working in this sector the tools, resources, and training they need to thrive as the vital businesses that they are.

WE WERE BUILT FOR THIS

Within a week of North Carolina’s shelter-in-place orders, we pivoted our focus to providing resources that can be easily accessed directly from home.

  • ArtSwell TV - New online source of tutorials and webinars, accessible anytime;

  • New workshops and programs through our new ArtSwell program, focused on skills artists and arts administrators need now and information on vital relief programs;

  • new website for easier access to current news, job opportunities, resources, and community.

THIS IS A MARATHON, NOT A SPRINT

The arts sector needs the programs and services we provide now more than ever. We are currently developing tools to help the Triangle arts sector get through this. But we need your financial support to keep this vital work going.

Whether it's a gift of $5 or $500, every donation helps support artists and ensures our community continues to culturally thrive.
